In related news, Miss Bullock and good pal/rumored beau, Ryan Reynolds, are set to begin working on a new animated TV show called “And Then There Was Gordon.”

The show will revolve around an ordinary child surrounded by his prodigy siblings and brilliant, but neurotic mother set to be played Sandra - who will also executive producer while Reynolds will voice a character and co-write the script.

Ryan Reynolds was all decked out in sexy motorcycle gear on Saturday as he rode his pricey Ducati to visit the Hollywood home of a very special pal: Sandra Bullock.

The actor, 34, and his Proposal costar, 47, have been joined at the hip lately -- spending the weekend of Aug. 13 together in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where Bullock's dad has a home.

Joining the twosome for a hike in Grand Teton Park and other Wyoming adventures, of course, was Louis, Bullock's adorable 19-month-old son. The recently divorced actor "loves spending time with Louis," one insider tells Us Weekly.

But Louis stayed behind when his mommy and Reynolds had a two-hour, one-on-one dinner at Rendezvous Bistro the night of Aug. 13.

But don't get the wrong idea, necessarily. "They were having fun," one restaurant witness tells Us. "They acted like good friends."

Still, though a second insider cautions the pals are "not romantic," another adds: "He's figuring out what he wants for himself relationship-wise."

Sandra Bullock and ex-hubby Jesse James' daughter Sunny are no longer in contact. The actress, 47, seems to be cutting all ties to James, even if that means distancing herself from his adorable 7-year-old.

"Sandra doesn't communicate anymore with Sunny," the girl's mother, Janine Lindemulder, says in the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday. "Sunny never talks about her."

"I don't bear any grudges against Sandra," Lindemulder added. "She has her own son [Louis, 19 months] to raise."
The Blind Side star helped care for Sunny during her marriage to James from 2005 to 2010, even mentioning her "commitment " to the girl when she petitioned a judge on behalf of James in his 2009 custody battle with Lindemulder.


A second source told Us that Bullock "has had to move on" from James, which meant disconnecting from Sunny, too. "The last thing she wanted to do was hurt Sunny," the insider added. "But she had to do what was best for her."

Bullock secretly adopted a baby boy from New Orleans -- Louis Bardo -- in January 2010. She and James had begun the initial adoption process four years earlier, but given their split in April 2010, Bullock finalized the adoption as a single parent

In pics posted on TMZ, Reynolds, 34, carried little Louis in a backpack carrier as Bullock, 47, and another pal strolled behind, taking in the gorgeous natural beauty.
Reynolds, Bullock and other friends have been vacationing in nearby Jackson Hole, where Bullock's father owns a home.

While the Proposal costars make a gorgeous pair, the pals are keeping things platonic for the time being. "They're very close and talk together a lot," a Reynolds pal recently told Us. "It would make sense for them to pair up romantically, but for now, they're just friends."

Warner Bros. has set dates for two of its potential award contenders, announcing that Clint Eastwood’s J. Edgar begins its run on Nov. 9, while Stephen Daldry’s Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close opens in limited markets on Christmas Day.

Extremely Loud stars Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock, and will expand nationwide on Jan. 20. The movie is about a boy who’s convinced that his father (Hanks), a victim of 9/11, left a final message for him somewhere in the city. Feeling disconnected from his mother (Bullock), he begins his search.

Bullock’s next movie, Gravity 3D, also received a release date. Warners will open the space station thriller, directed by Alfonso Cuaron and also starring George Clooney, on Nov. 21, 2012, the day before Thanksgiving.

George Lopez may be in transition again – his TBS talk show was canceled this week – but he knows he can always count on one close friend in particular: Sandra Bullock.

"If it wasn't for her involvement in me, or her belief in me, I would have had a very different last 10 years," Lopez, 50, told PEOPLE Wednesday at Dodger Stadium, where he threw out the first pitch to promote MasterCard's support of Stand Up 2 Cancer.

Lopez didn't speak about TBS's decision – Lopez Tonight will end its almost two-year run on Thursday – but he made it clear that without Bullock, he may never have made it to late night TV at all.

"She invested in me, and she wouldn't take no for an answer. And with that, and just who she is, she has my undying love, and my undying loyalty," he said. "Every day I thank her for believing in me."

Of course, Lopez is not the only lucky one in the Oscar winner's life. She now has baby Louis to dote on. "I can only say that I did not have a mother, and I would have very much liked that one to be mine!" Lopez says with a laugh. "She's already my fairy godmother, but any child that gets to be in Sandra Bullock's arms is going to be a great person."

Though his talk show is now over, it certainly sounds like Lopez has a good outlook on life in general.

"I live every day like an 11th grader," he says. "Not a senior, because then you have to worry about college, but when you're in 11th grade, you know you're coming back to the same school with the same friends. So, I try to enjoy myself and live life every day."

Bullock, who also just wrapped the astronaut drama Gravity, has been keeping a low profile as she passes emotional milestones: the one-year mark of her divorce from Jesse James, and this month's anniversary of her official adoption of Louis.
